As the Founder of The Growth Circle and Eruptify, Gerald has led transformative programs that empower individuals, communities, and organizations through structured and integrated learning, innovation, and accountability. His work at Project Futures focuses on designing and executing sustainable social impact projects, while his new enterprise, HireBX™, explores new ideas in recruitment.
